The gaming powerhouse Codere just netted a significant victory in Argentina, becoming the official wagering sponsor of the iconic soccer team River Plate! This agreement will see the Spanish gaming titan supporting the squad for the upcoming four seasons, extending until August 2025.
Codere is already a prominent player in Argentina, having entered the market in the early 1990s. They are currently the largest gaming hall proprietor in the Buenos Aires region, operating 13 locations. Imagine more than 6,800 slot machines, along with traditional bingo entertainment. They are also strategically poised to introduce online wagering in Argentina as soon as the regulations are given the go-ahead.

And this isn’t even their only accomplishment this month! Codere also recently inked a deal to become the official wagering associate of Monterrey’s Rayados, another dominant soccer franchise in Mexico. They are undoubtedly on a winning streak, broadening their reach throughout the Americas.
