Cordish Companies Elevates Executives to New Roles, Overseeing Human Resources and Diversity
Mikus and Evans will collaborate to guide team development and employee engagement strategies in their new positions, serving the company’s Live! Casino brand.
Mikus will plan and organize human resource functions, such as team member engagement strategies, leadership development, succession planning, and enterprise diversity and inclusion alignment, for Cordish Gaming Group and its Live! properties.
He will also assist property HR leaders in collaborating with management and help implement comprehensive property plans and practices.
Evans will lead the development and execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to help drive a strategic plan to create an open learning and working environment within The Cordish Companies.
The position will also include serving as the primary representative for external community relations, working with local and regional stakeholders to advance The Cordish Companies’ diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
